Choose from our Shaved Ice 15+ flavors of premium, snow-like shaved ice including at least two sugar free flavors) and Maui Ice Cream Float Menu, OR the Pre-packaged Ice Cream Novelty Menu. The CZ Bus features a built-in “Flavor Station” that allows guests to apply their OWN flavors!

The Food Truck
The Blue Truck “Mobile Snack Bar” is a favorite for every type of party or special event! 100% self-contained, it can serve our entire menu of “COOL FUN” treats in addition to steamed all-beef jumbo hot dogs, nachos, Hot Cheetos with Cheese, Icy Lemonade, and other drinks.

"Paletero" Ice Cream Cart
Our “Paletero” ICE CREAM carts are super popular for parties, weddings, bachelorette gatherings, baby showers, real estate open houses and retailer special events and more!
Perfect application for events with space restrictions – the cart can even be used to serve INDOORS!
We have multiple themes to choose from including ice cream stickered carts and all-white (top-choice for weddings) carts with up-beat and professional servers!
The ice cream novelties menu includes favorites like drumsticks, and jumbo ice cream sandwiches and all-fruit bars to include at least one dairy free option.
Clients can also provide customize graphics on the carts if desired.
The Umbrella Stand
The umbrella stand is the perfect choice when a more intimate shaved ice experience is desired as it can be positioned right next to a pool or in the back yard where the Bus may not be able to access. The menu includes from 6-12 flavors of premium, snow-like shaved ice + at least 1 sugar free option and Maui ice cream floats. Icy Lemonade is also a popular add on. The base of the stand can be covered with a wrap or custom graphics and we have a selection of umbrellas for this equipment, depending on the client’s preference. Based on the additional set up required for this option, the umbrella stand is premium priced (vs. our other equipment) and it requires access to an electrical outlet.
Flavor Station
The free-standing flavor station is used for bigger parties. Guests LOVE the ability to apply their OWN flavors AND there is minimal waiting in line for service.
