Established in 2007 with one “Snowie” shaved ice cart as a street fair vendor at the COD Streetfair and other local markets, The Cone Zone had a plan: to provide premium, snow-like shaved ice and COOL TREATS to the Coachella Valley with professionalism, excitement and FUN!
As our business expanded, we added many different pieces of equipment and services even adding a food truck and delicious on-site catering for large groups.
We love what we do and it shows! Over the years, we have grown to become the Greater Palm Springs area’s “go-to” professional for corporate appreciations, bachlorette parties, special events, craft services, weddings and more!
Our fine attention to detail quickly differentiated us in the market and transformed the company into a “private hire” caterer servicing local businesses, hospitals, nursing homes, country clubs, Coachella and Stagecoach corporate parties, car dealerships, Los Angeles production companies (movie, commercial, video shoots) and more

We cut our teeth perfecting our delicious American Fare menu at the COD Streetfair for 7 years. We were proud of our reputation in the food court year after year with many of our customers visiting us weekly in season for great food.
Tasty sirloin burgers, all beef grilled Hebrew National ALL-BEEF hot dogs, juicy chicken, gourmet salads and award-winning authentic German brats (with ‘kraut and caramelized grilled onions of course!) We focus our catering on big-group (75+), informal events and have become very popular with HOA community events, employee appreciations, holiday lunches, large birthday parties, school events, museum special events, etc.

Did you know the average donation back to middle schools we work with is $400 - $1000 EVERY TIME WE COME OUT (with little to NO work required on their part?)
We have the BEST fundraising program you will find with ANY vendor hands down. If you are involved with raising funds at any school, you need to contact us quickly. Ditch the candy sales and other vendors…we will build you fund in ONE VISIT.
Since 2007, we have worked with the majority of the schools in all three districts in the Coachella Valley, including most of the private schools, not just to recognize honor students, do water days, and sell at football games, but to raise THOUSANDS of $’s for the PTO, ASB, and other groups.

The Blue Truck is a favorite for everything from sports tournaments and school Fun Days to catered lunches, hobby shows, birthday parties and more! We can serve hot dogs and nachos, snacks, shaved ice, ice cream, icy lemonade...as well as custom menus!
"PALETERO" ICE CREAM CART
I scream, you scream, we all scream...for ICE CREAM!
We use our "Paletero" or ICE CREAM carts to serve "COOL TREAT" specialty ice cream novelties (Drumsticks, ice cream sandwiches, fudge bars, ETC!!), real fruit bars, and even scooped ice cream! From bachlorette parties, to high-end retail special events and week-end parties…it is just what the party needs!
We have several carts to meet your needs: One has fun decals on one side and it is blank on the other. Two are all white (a top-choice for weddings)
Clients can also customize the look/graphics if desired.
Note: All equipment comes with a minimum of one professional, upbeat server (except where noted.)
